The clarity between Indians who live/work in India and those who live/work abroad is clearly seen in these suggestions posted by 'me'. Guys! I would suggest everyone who has a chance, to work abroad for sometime and then come back to India and you will appreciate everything.
We all, in general, usually 1. pose problems and do not suggest solutions. 2. come up with questions and rarely with answers. 3. copy ideas instead of coming up with original ideas. 4. follow rather than lead (methods, policies, procedures in almost every aspect of corporate and domestic lives) and so on and so forth
And I found some posts in which people opined that they could probably start a company and work on their own. Its not a bad idea. But, then, you will have the same problems there with your employees. In general, the Indian mindset is very labile and meek - be it in dealing with terrorism or our own demostic problems

If you bring your ideas, people think you are trying to fault your boss. Solutions suggested are not accepted, coz the person who has execute the solution, does not want to put the same across to his boss. All these good things do not work in India, where even managers who have the power to execute things - are only interested in keeping his boss happy.
