Rediff also mention that are you preparing some kind of statistics for the companies and there apprasial policies...??? Also, mention that what are you gaining by asking the comments. Would you be providing people with some report or some kind of help on how to improve the apprasial. Or you are trying to do a social service by seeing how many people did not get appraisal and you would give them appraisal. Just post your comments on the messageboard.
