If you are thinking and working with work-around brilliance many of indian employees do not poses it. so stop you mockery.
I think you took me wrong. I didn't said that those who don't get god appraisal don't work hard. I said two thing in combination. Work hard and choose "company" carefully. Not all big companies give you good work and salary. I work for a firm with headcount of just 120 but apart from this head count everything is gr8 there. So the more important thing is company selection.
