If you do not get whatever reasonable expected rise(at least 60%),you better to leave for other organisation&prove your MERITS.Afterall,your life for earning is hardly 25 years while Company's life for earning or business may be 30,40,50 or even 100.So try to earn maximum in short time with ethics. Gone are the days!when it was said "you live &also others to live".Now the version is YOU KILL OTHERWISE OTHERS WILL KILL YOU.this is the management jargon today because of MBA education,HIGH STRESS because of competition and non reachable target achiving approach. PLEASE USE YOUR COMMONSENSE WHILE DECIDING,which is lagging in most of the cases taking consideration of YOUR OWN SWOT analysis.
