I am really happy with my appraisal. I am not bluffing anything apart. Its all fact that too documented fact. To some extent u can agree that appraisal is biased but that is not whole appraisal system. Its totally done upon ur performance and what time u delivered ? Its all about how you market urself among urself, ur colleagues or system. Be a smart worker but sometimes u shouldtake role of hard worker. Its totallu depends on ur marketing skill(not meaning going out and seeling......). There are lot of ways are there to market urself. This basically comes on hands on exp and emapthy and bit of sympathy..... second thing - Don't ever show u are smarter than ur boss...... Even though if u are smart please hold it,,, release at the right time and the right place. Global view "Boss don't like smart people in front of them".
