I got a very disappointing appraisal this year. My manager told me that due to appreciation of indian currency this year 6% is accoladed for you....
I asked him ,well for this time I am remain salient,now can you give me assurance that if US $ gets appreciation again ,may I expect one more corrected appraisal ?
