cheating by HP Computers
by ashish gupta on May 13, 2008 07:19 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

I (Ashish Kumar Gupta) purchased Hewlett Packard Pavilion (Model No- dv 2601 TX) on 17th October, 2007 for personal use. The Model was preloaded with MS-VISTA Operating System (OS), For my specific requirement I needed other versions like Windows Server 2003/Window XP (basic OS)but could not able to load the same on the machine. On complaint customer care people simply said our HP machine doesn't support Window XP etc. Besides this my system shuts down after every 1 hr. continuous use. Service centre never sorted out the problem. I wrote letter to Marketing Head of HP. No HP official mail Id & contact no is mentioned on the website. Now I feel frustrated that my all huge investment is in vain.
Through this message I request you to show me the way of getting solution of the problem but simultaneously advise everyone for not purchasing the HP machine.
