Attacks against Indians
by Sanjay Dinkar Jamdade on Mar 06, 2008 09:34 AM   Permalink | Hide replies

Apart from the regular "garden variety jealousy", there are other genuine but not so sensational reasons.

I think it is plain statistics. The Indian population in US,Canada, New Zealand, Australia and certain other popular zones has gone up to such levels that in certain towns you only see Indians every where. Some NRI's say that you can't tell if you are in India , US or Mauritius. That is the situation.

Even crime has got a statistical ratio. "X" number of murders per "Million". As the population base of Indians in US increases, statistically speaking the number of violent cases against them goes up.

All hate mailers on Rediff could do them self good by contemplating on this "fact of life".

Or else only frustration, depression and despair lie in wait for them.

The unfortunate departed souls could have as well died in India.
