Woman have been neglected for years which has lead to their miseries. The Corporate Woman are a miniscule of the ocean of women in the planet in a poor situation even in the 21st Century. Celebration of this day becomes meaningful if those deprived and neglected women can be taken in the included in the bandwagon of woman success. It needs to be more focussed towards the down troden class and the initiative should be taken more by the Successful & Accomplished Woman. - Sandip Ray

Men have been discriminated throughout history and more so in the modern world. The women's moverment is on top now and is fooling the people with one sided stories and is indulging in victim politics. Do you know that men have a lot of discrimination to face? Talk about men's rights too.

I think this is a presumptive statement not based on facts. There are enough women in urban cities which comprises 38% of indian population.
Women does not mean wives along, it is sisters and mothers as well. Today mothers and sisters are put in jail to help criminal wives as has happened in my own family 4 years back. Since then I have been fighting for the rights of sisters and mothers in hyderabad.
Just look at what is happening to dowry laws. Out of every 100 cases 98% are proven false in criminal courts after a thorough investigation of 10 years. Almost 80,000 false cases are filed every year and more than 2 lakh innocents are jailed wrongly. Because of false complaint of one criminal woman, 2 women at-least end up in jail.
Just type 498a on google and spend 5 minutes to see the truth. On this women's day several mothers and sisters are coming together in hyderabad to demand rights to sisters and mothers and stop the criminal activities of corrupt women abusing laws like dowry and DV laws and causing enormous pain to millions of mothers and sisters.

We need equal rights for MEN also in terms of child custody etc. If a women is given the rights to keep her child in case of a divorce, I feel a man should be given the right to keep the child for the same period after the child is grown up. The child has to necessarily 'comply' if such a law is created.
