I completely disagree with the comment below that one is blame himself or herself for being victimised.
One of the things i have seen at work is Jealous behaviour. Getting upset because some one has better communication skills. Back-bitting about someone because he/she has achieved better results.
These people who back-bite and indulge in silly behaviour are losers and they need to grow up.
