All these youth who are drunk and drive are primarily spoilt kids of rich parent who do not teach value of life to their children. All these sons and daughters takes life for granted and are able to do whatever pleases them, whetehr illegal or criminal. They know very well that their parents have clout to insulate them from law enforcement. They are all law unto themselves. Who cares for innocents life?

Yes, This is the crux of the problem. The kids of influencial people are a big problem everywhere. I think Indian law should incorporate elements of Sharia law. An eye for an eye is the best law in the world.
