Indian don't respect law in India. When they become a NRI, they follow every foreign country law carefully.

Thats because the LAW outside India(anywhere in the world, other than ASIA) is sensible. Read the constitution once you will understand why WE Indians dont respect the LAW. The constitution is a confussed book of copied material from across the world placed in direct contrast to itself. If we really start respecting the law, EVERY indian will be behind bars for either helping a accident case, and also for not helping a accident case! :-) Best wishes.

Mr Rao how difficult it is to go by the traffic signals when you are on the road. is the constitution really creates troubles to the ones who goes by the traffic rule.

they get kicked on the ass if they break traffic rules in west, hence they follow there. Here half the signals dont have cops due to shortage of police people

Drink & Drive = Attempt to Murder
Red Light Jump = Attempt to Murder
DRive in wrong lane = Attempt to Murder

Illegal Parking, Zebra cross violation, cross yellow line etc etc = Fine the driver/owner 10% of the value of the car that he is driving and give 10% of that fine to the traffic cop who catches him.....cop gets incentive for a 400k car...fine amt is 40000/- ( now that a deterrent) adn cop gets 4000/- will he accept a bribe for 500/-( white money) why will he not do his job.

Interesting! I think when someone had met an accident and if you can help there is nothing wrong to help the needy. This is humanity and how come it is crime ? I do not understand !
