We are witnessing a state of cultural degradation and relative lawlesness in India. Also to be noted is that there is the case of well paid MNCs including IT cos, Fiancial institutions and BPOs employing 20 odd year old with attractive salary. Their (MNC) advantages have been trumpeted all the while, but what are the side & ill effects? previously we had organisations where there were men and women of all age groups and during office parties it was almost a gathering of families over dinner. Today the meaning of an office party is to consume alcohol and shamelessly philander. I am not sure if thats the development India needs.
To eradicate an illness, identify the cause. Don;t just redress the symptoms.

You are talking like an absolute moron...just making airy fairy statements.......who has told you that IT companies pay well?? They are the biggest bh&ikaris you can think of...BPOs yes to some extent but surely not IT companies...
