What are insurance companies doing ? are they sleeping & paying for such negligent drivers .. they need to tighten the screws on government in order to make the procedure of acquiring the driving licenses more stringent. Anybody can get license without even giving test or learning driving rules & regulation. We have threats from everywhere .. Daytime Huji, Simi & night time from now .. Drunken drivers ..
