These guys learn from the parents who do not teach to respect law ... as they themselves are not aware. Everybody in India feels that they can easily get away by breaking any law .. I am sure the parents of these guys rather then accepting mistake .. would be busy finding ways to twist the law & save their child which in turn will provide more confidence to these guy to break law in future.
