ragging should be banned. some frustrated individuals take this opportunity to give vent to their frustrations. every individual has a dignity & respect that he commands. no one should be allowed to breach it in the name of ragging. it is one thing to meet and know people but entirely another thing to allow ragging. it doe no good to a fresher to be bulied, made fun of in front of others who have nothin but seniority as reasons to do so which i find totally unacceptable ..........
