I M TOTALLY AGAINST IT...
EVERYONE GET RAGGED BY GOD ON A DAILY BASIS...
SO I THINK ITS TOO MUCH IF IT HAPPENS IN COLLEGE ALSO..
COZ ONCE UR OUT..U WILL GET RAGGED EVERYDAY...

no it doesnt...
lots of ppl are not ragged in college bt are much prepared to get ragged in the real world..
