Stupid article. 100% reduction by going electric.

The article is talking about things that don't work in India. The best option for Indian's is go electric. The nuclear agreement has been signed, so Thorium based reactors providing electricity for cheaper rate is surely the best option to run electric vehicles. There are already scooters like Yo Speed meant for two people and Electric cars like Reva. Also Tata is planning to come with an electric version of Indica. No more costly, polluting oil only electricity produced in India at a cheaper rate also creating job opportunities for the youth.

aNOTHER DAY DREAMER.....DO YOU KNOW THE PRICE OF ELECTRICITY OR THE AVALIBLITY STATUS. iN MAJOR CITIES THERE IS A LACK OF ELECTRICITY

Electric vehicle is not the solution. Need to improve on mass transport facilities.

And best thing could be these mass transportation facilities run on electric.
