1. Are there any non profit orgs in Goa that can file court cases on such businesses for discrimination and humiliation? Chase these places to get their operating licenses cancelled.
2. Make their owners do rounds of courts with explaination.
3. Publish their names on internet blogs with their acts and first hand experiences.
4. Hit them where it hurts the most. ( I dont mean physically). Dont give them business, give them bad reputation. Dont introduce your white friends to these places. Make them lose some money

These people are hand in hand with gunda,police,politicians,mafia etc. They fund politicians during election. Will you ruin your small goa trip doing this? Take some tips from who have ben a holiday to goa and Go at some decent restaurants where you can spend holidays peacefully
