Never heard such things in Goa. Do you tip .. Or did u cut some dirty joke on the waiter who did not understand your humor

Crap. Its true. Both Goans and Mallus who get lots of foreign tourists behave like this. They treat Indians as second class citizens while fawning over the white skinned ones.
