Yesterday I got a call from one of the recruitment agency, they were telling the VP(HR of one company is available in Mumbai and he would like to interview me.But I had some urgent work to do in my present company.So i told the agency that I can only come if the interview is held after 6.30 Pm or any time after two days.From my position ,I am correct,how the recruitment agency and the VP _HR of the client company would have taken it??

They will give re appointment if you would have told them properly over phone. Your body language can be felt over phone the way u talk.

Body language over phone??That's a new one.Anyway I told them politely about my commitment to the targets given by my present Company and I can spare time only after office hours or after i fulfill those commitments.
