absolutely! net is a free place. its that only the elder amongst us arent net savvy. nothing stops people from entering the social networks. in fact the very basis of internet is freedom beyond any kind of restriction - age/ sex/ race/ class/ caste/ religion, etc etc.
internet also is a great place for whistle blowing
