The writer has missed some important points here...

The writer has not mentioned as in the job opportunities are "Work from home" types or "Part-time consulting".

Without these mentioned the whole article is of no use for house-wives.

This is not work from home. The writer has specifically stated that they would have to undergo internship and live projects. That explains that the women would have to start working from offices not homes.
