Congress will give free tv to below poverty line people but tell me who will pay the electricity bill. these people will die paying bills so please leave them as they are.

elctricity bills are always paid by the people who are paying the bills every month, religiosly, as this type of salaried people are not backed by any political party, so naturally u will be paying, as today also u are paying, it may be littile more, but dont worry u will be habituted early.
