NRI (IT Pro ) in USA are lier and fake personalities

I have been in USA for 10 years. Let me share you my observation. NRI ( IT ) class is normally belong to low intellectual class ( high salary). They try to peep into lives or each other and compare themselves. They are not good professional. If for a job you are being interviewed by an Indian, you will have 90% chance of rejection. But if you are being interviewed by non Indians, there is 90% chance of getting the job offer. When Indian (don%u2019t think a high profile candidate rather a programmer. Manager ask him to take someone%u2019s interview as he does not know the programming) ask questions in Interview, they test what you don%u2019t know rather then what you know and what is required for job. He can not have that big picture. Indians fight openly like stray dog in office with another Indian colleague. They are zealous of another Indian and lack manner or courtesy . Some time you feel disgusted to see their stereo type behavior. When a beggar or an IT ( read NRI in USA ) pro meets a new beggar / IT pro they ask a common question. %u201C Aajkal kis platform pe kaam kar rahe ho%u201D . What I have learned now that, never take the job where so many Indians are already working. Very difficult effort as they ( NRI ) are every where just like cockroaches. They ask typical questions ( read roving ) which part of India you belong to, who is your employer/client , what is your basic education, what is your visa status, and what is your salary. I feel ashamed to call myself Ind
