True...I do not understand wat is irrelevent in this article. Its never a bad move to spread a positive aware ness bout stuff like this which sometimes prooves to be very beneficial.

It only people like u who lack GK and common sense are not aware of it..It is common sense that when some one is providing net thru Local intranet ..they have monitoring mrchanism.. Kulwinder Juneja is hus of Manpreet Juneja prashant chauhan ...u 3 work in 'Sonic Wall'? Do honest business..don't rely on cheap marketing Tactics like this..

Stop making PERSONAL COMMENTS! I don't even know the author of this article and simply last names getting matched don't label me as Manpreet's 'husband'! n seems like 'asdfg' has some bad experience with sonic and is trying to make personal attacks. I still stick with my point that this is good and informative article for those who are unaware of the subject.

guys, it is very easy to say how to bat on the pitch while sitting in pavalion, let us think othwerway round on this topic. True monitoring is required for surfing facilities but at the same time one has to be reasobale for using the informations out of the monitoring, not ONLY to nail down employees. improvement in productivity should not be limited to this parameter only and has got far more comprehensive meaning and methods of scaling.
