Very cool article. Infact, I was an early adopter myself. But I had good service because I was in the US.
This happened with Sify shopping just two weeks back. Because I was too lazy, I got two pen drives from Sify Mall. Delivery promised in 3-5 days. Order status did not change for 5 days. So I called customer service asking for status, they had no clue. can you try the customer service chat was the reply? customer service chat was a joke, it ran on java applet which keeps refreshing. you say hi and the next refresh, it gets disconnected, are these sify idiots joking on me?
So I got furious and dropped a mail to Sify Customer Service. Pat came the response - we will respond to you in 24 hours. 24 hours passed and no reply. after 48 hours, i sent another mail. Came another response, that i will be replied to in 24 hours. this is when i got really furious. i questioned whether guys working for sify customer service had good parents, and after another 20 days of mail exchanges requesting my cooperation, my pen drive was shipped. shipment came in one day, so i was happy in the end. But the entire experience with sify shopping was so bad that i would never go again to that shit place. infact, i will never go online except for some adult stuff
