Rather than discuss the fluency and command in any one particular language can we not all understand that however badly delivered, if what is said can convey the intent then the purpose of language is served. If we are not natives of a particular land, just remember that visitors from other places who come to our native land also face similar problems. Most of the contributors to these pages are IT/BPO personnel who have access to the net at all times and, if one were to comb many of these posts one would find that an English professor would very well have some critical comments to make!!We are talking of well educated people who cannot handle the language with flair then, on what basis are the locals in any place, with their meagre educational background, being criticised for not speaking good english???

I appreciate what you have said and agree with you cent percent! Language is no barrier coz good hosts talk from their heart and such languages can be understood by any respectable human.
