Dear all..
i have read all the masges..i agree u all..me too is going to finish Ph.D. in biochemistry (there is no diffrence between biochem/biotech or micro at Ph.D. level)..BASICALLY THIS FIELD IS MADE FOR THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE INTRESTED TO SERVE HUMANKIND..A TRUE SCIENTIST NEVER ASK FOR MONEY..ELFERED NOBEL HAD BEEN AWARDED LOT OF DIAMONDS AND GEMS BUT THEY PUT THEM IN DRAWER WRITTEN "STONES"..SOME YEARS BACK SCIENCE WAS THOUGHT TO BE THE FIELD OF REPUTATION AND PROUD BUT NOW PEOPLE LOOK IT TO HARVEST MONEY...THEY JUST WANT TO DO PG/PHD AND WANT TO EARN HIGH SALARIES...AS THERE IS A BIG DIFFRENCE IN BIOTECH AND IT BASED COMPANY'S STRUCTURES IN WHICH FORMER HAVE TO SPEND LOT OF MONEY ON CHEMICALS/INSTRUMENTS...IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE VERY HIGH SALARY...SO NEVER COMPARE WITH THE IT PROFESSIONAL...
IN CONTRAST..IF U LOOK IN US/UK..ONLY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE REALLY INTERESTED IN SCIENCE COME IN THIS FIELD...IN INDIA AS THE MONEY SEEKER ARE IN THIS FIELD THAT'S WHY THIS FIELD IA LACKING A TEAM OF TRUE SCIENTIST....
I JUST WANT TO ASK A QUASTIUON TO EVERY ONE TO HOW MANY SCIENTIST U HAVE MEET WHO ARE ENGAGED IN SCIENCE WITH FULL DEVOTION...??? ANSWERS...YOU'LL GET..
