we are working in a company which is paying the salary but, delay by two to three months.

what steps can be taken by the employee against the employeer.?

Can we take any legal action against them? please help us in this matter.

I don't know about legal actions, but most of the time salary getting delayed means your company is not doing well (but there could be few exceptions).
It might be your legal right to complain against such action, but I would advice you to play safe and look out.

Yes , better to look for the new job instead of wasting time in screwing a company which is already got screwed up in finance
