As they always treat you professionally. They will always get someone ready to replace you. if not, then they do not have backup practices in place. In my case i did not think twice to join company B.

Dear, A known devil is much better than unknown god. Reaction to the initial love is very danger and it can harm you. Because the other strated loving ( B) does not mean that we hate the first one (A). Make sure that B is very good in all respects and then only take a decision.
