I have worked in a Ltd. Company for 8 years, previously as Asst. Manager Development & during that period the salary increase was only Rs.2,000/- (for 8 Years). After that I shifted my line to Sales & Marketing, & started fromn the bottom.In a period of 4 Years, I have got good Promotion as a manager from sales executive & am getting double the salary of the previous company. Recently, I met the Director of the previous Company, who invited me back to join there company at Good remunerasion. I have yet to make up my mind because, the conditions over there would not have changed drastically & again stagnation would set in after some time. Please advice so that I may make up my mind
