One should look at the job profile offered by both of the companies and should not look at package or company's brand name.
It is experience or exposure that pay in long run, so look at job profile and there is no harm to say to comapny 'A', if company 'B' is providing good job profile, working environment, package and overall growth opportunities in your career graph.

i do agree with u all. univeristy lecturer or lec. in some eng. college is the best way to enjoy the life. u will have enough time for ur family, for friends n for ur slf as well. jobs in private sectors have very hectic schudle. u have to work for 10-12 hours daily.... u will not get hwne u get old n when u retired frm the job. no job security in private sector. they hire when requiremnt is high n fire whn no work over there. I prefer as the lecturer of some gov University.
