Sure, will do a piece on it --though, as it stands now, these fives poses also help indirectly, but def. as I have explained in the intro. about the time: mornings is the best. A good yogi, usually does it between 4 to 6 am. But that is for disciplined practitioners. Otherswise mornings before eating is best. If all this is constraining on you, then you can do it as per convenience, keeping a gap of 2 to 4 hours after a heavy meal before you do yoga. And not to do yoga closer to sleep time, since that will affect your ability to fall asleep. So, try initially only to be disciplined enough not to miss a day's practice when you start yoga:)
