Its more common word used for females than males.Considering a woman physically weak with less practical/field experience, less wise/intelligent, less reasoning and more talkative without any proof or test and behave with her as down to male is sexual harrassment to a female. The general idea male bearing about female is female is of second sex. Now-a-days when Indira Gandhi, Kalpana Chawla,Mrs.Thacher and so many are not 'just by chance'or 'by luck' why consider a woman with her sex rather considering her a person?
