I am not suppossed to pass a universal statement based on my personal experience but then rules of integration plays an important role in life also.It is not correct that every women work for time-pass.There are womens who have done wonders but 65% women work for time pass.Work is an instrument for them to get out of the boundry of family.This has to be understood by the quality of work,necessity associated with work and internal voice encouraging to prove talent.How much of women work to support the demands of the family?Working women/girls can self answer it.Now coming to the question of sexual harassment.Actually it is an instrument to harass and blackmail .Sexual inclination is a biological phenomona but the ruls of society always keeps it under control.There might be some cases of actual sexual harassment but in 99 % cases such tendency is generated, accelerated and encouraged by women themselves.If women do not encourage directly or indirectly,few has the guts to proceed.And if someone wants to cross the line ,even a hard and strong look by women can stop men and no sexual assault can really occure.If still someone does,he is devil.But what generally happens ,such tendency is fuelled by women only.Actually womens are highly influenced by the role of commerce in life.Unke sapno ka shahjada pahle ghore par aata tha ab lambi gaadiyon par.And this influence of economics on their life makes them vulnarable.Chod do mammi dekh legi.What does it mean ..It simply means if not se
