In my 4 years of professional life, I have seen numerous females working just for fun. They have tough time being flexible if the work requires them and they make excuses (kid is sick, have to cook, my husband is calling !!!!) and leave. Its the guys(mostly bachelors) who put up with such situations and work hard. In the end when its time for appraisals, I have never heard any girl complaining that they did not get their fair share because they always do its the guys who are milked. I really hate women around me coz they are the ones who do the least work and who steal the best rewards.

"Kid is sick,have to cook "...I don't think these are excuses.Guys can afford to work hard in offices because they have their mothers or wives taking care of the house.Men only concentrate on work whereas the women have to juggle between both office and home

yah, definitely all fingers are not same. But womens who are working hard in office, they are not working in home. because logically think that a person who works hard in office(10-11 hrs) how he/she gte time or energy to cook?Generally they take food from out side or somebody else produce food for them. There are some person men/women who works for time pass.They are -ve characteristices ppl. There are some women who blame only men for their fate. They blackmail men (By they are sexual abused by men.) I agree that some sexual abuseness happens in some office.But In 21st century if a women does not want then nobody can do it.

I m also with seema saini,becoz all fingers are not same. different type persons, different minds, different works. so don't think all girls/woman are same.

i donot agree with u,seema saini,because u have seen only yourself,who works but not other so many women who only pass their time before getting married.....
