If in a SC family the Father is given a Reservation benefit in getting a job then his family henceforth should be considered not eligible for SC benefits. We had a acquaintee he was SC earning 40000/month in Government His Son & Daughter got admissions in prime College on SC Basis. At that time we were earning on 12000 and still not given admission although i scored higher than them. The Crux is that if Father is already treated at par with the Open Class and has been brought at a better level than the average OPEN CLASS family then his children should be treated in OPEN CLASS and the Benefits in Admission be transferred to other SC Family this way More SC Families will be covered and fair use of Reservations will prevail. OTher way of fair use is that if A SC/ST Is given Education on Reservation basis he should be denied any reservations in the job and the job benefit should be passed to a SC ST guy who has not taken any benefit in education but is in need of job now.

what stupid question is that... we are talking abt people who are economically backward and remain so because of lack proper facilities, the question you are asking is more to do with mindset of indians. And that wont change with any amount of reservations. The option given by amit is valid

you need resevations to marry upper caste girls. that is meaning of social eqality.why not muslims get reservation based on population. hell with the vote politics, psuedo democracy and resevations.you can never develop in next life also. you will always feel you are lower caste even when you are well off .your thinking stinks. God save the nation.

height of stubbornness in a very funny (poor) language. economically we can consider that fellow equal. but intellect is a different aspect. One cant fool oneself by treating him of having the same intellect.

intellect can not be even increased by the reservtion so i dont understand your point of reservation and my point is that his kids are now already getting what an upper caste person's kids are getting so where does your question of increased or decreased intellect stand.

Do you think that u need reservations for even marriage. Havent you seen Open Class people marrying into SC ST caste, they are marrying and it depends on the choice and mutual liking of the two involved. And haven't you ever seen that if two people both belong to the same caste and yet they cant marry so what you are saying is totally unrelated and irrational. Regarding me marrying any of my relative to them is upto the relative if he/she finds her/ him suitable who am i to object so better think beyond the reservations and dont expect that you will get reservation in marrying too..

Your words have justifications. Even today there are sections of the society where this is needed but this balanced formulae does prove that you have quite a prudent idea, but what could be the modus operandi of its observation.

A Certificate be issued as a job Certificate reservation or a Education Certificate reservation against a fixed identity like A PAN CARD and it should be issued only once either for a job or for an Education. If a man mentions or apply for a caste certificate he should be asked PAN No. and type of reservations he expects that is JOB or Edu. and it should in future with respect to this PAN CARD if he applies again with the same PAN CARD he should be reminded for his already enjoyed benefits

Why do need marry someone from a different casts? An SC is earning (if in a job) through reservation, i.e., back door entry like a thieve. He?she does not deserve equality. Had he achieved like AMBEDKAR, WE ALL WILL SALUTE HIM.

friend, then how do you remove caste. do u want to hold caste. then u can not remove caste. let it go with reservation policy

Removing caste system is not the priority. Bringing equality to all casts is the priority. I will not prefer my relative to marry a guy who entered to any institute through BACK DOOR. I will devenitely want her to marry who dares to take the pain to enter through the front door

Let our daughters marry who they would be happy with, you cant solve the SC/ST problem by marrying off brahmin girls to SC/ST men or the other way round!
