I had a SBI credit card & i lost the card and applied for a new card. They took 60 days for the replacement card. If we paid the money after due date they are charging us but when they are poor in service .. there is nothing to do from our side. Infact they had issued the first card with in a week at the time of entry in to SBI.At the time card lost from their BPO i got a call for a new card application also.. I had written so many emails to No 1 in SBI Card India, In reply they simply write that sorry for this we will reply you shortly..
