I rate ICICI credit card as the worst of all other cards. They cheat the credit card holders with unknown charges.

I rate SBI and HSBC credit cards as the best as there is lot of clarity in their billings.

I cant understand, how Bank can charge penly on late payment of Rs.1000/-per time.
What is the rbi rule on thesecharges.
