Yes, its true. 1. The Credit Card statement of ICICI never reached in time, except their statement over email. 2. Never did the credit card company helped me. Now ICICI has charged me with heavy charges for not making payment. Fact isthat ICICI Credit Card cheated me through Net Purchase. 3. Twice received call and theywere forcing me to pay the money which I resisted. 4. Till date good & fast service rendered only by SBI Credit Card. 5. Main problem is ICICI Credit Card cheated me when I purchased through Rediff and now they are not accepting and r forcing me to pay heavy penalty charges. I am awaiting consultation from my Lawyers to file suit. 6. Not happy with ICICI Credit Card since last January 2007 I tried to solve the issue, but only received statements with charges, neither from the top nor customer service came to rescue till date. Awaiting hope legally.
