Nilimaji, have u checked for vertigo, hypoglycemia, low blood pressure? Any inner ear infection? In low bp, your doctor would be the right guide, with suitable prescription. You may also need to consult a dietician to seriously rework your food habits: blood sugar imbalances are also known to cause such symptoms. As complement, you may definitely start using yoga to help contain this: For my article on this subject you may visit my blog http://jaisivananda.blogspot.com. I am giving you the link of the article also:http://jaisivananda.blogspot.com/2006/12/vertigo-yoga-says-you-dont-have-to-fall.html..

Nilimaji, in the list of possible triggers I forgot to mention hormonal imbalances , including thyroid problems..Again, a test should easily establish this... in which case, yoga gives super relief.
