The fourth and fifth pose in this set are the best for both middle and lower back. And safest. The last pose in fact is very relaxing and healing. However, I would advise you to approach a spine expert, identify the problem, do physiotherapy for the prescribed period. After that, all these five poses may be practiced for preventing future episodes or controlling existing problems.
