well i agree that they are innocent but moment u'll avail loan and suppose default u will be abused. So lets stop them by harassing. if one needs CC or loan he would definetly go to bank to get same. world will not stop and they are not so poor that they would not able to earn their bread everybody has potential they need to explore and excel. No point in harassing others

Skewed view of world, Sir! Availing loan, defaulting and getting abused is a different problem, which may not be a very fine reason. Like you telecallers are making a living and its completely legal job . U have a choice to turn them down, but politely.
