i am currently doing my aircraft maintenance engg.and i will be going for my on job training from january.is there any chance by which i can do pilot training sponsered by the airlines by signing a bond and continue the job there?

Not really.
In today's time, no Airline companies especially in India would ever spend money on candidates for making them Pilots, irrespective of what bond you are ready to sign.
