Pilot Training

Hi,am Shwetali,female,23.Am Msc in Statistics,and i wish to become a pilot.I have some doubts:
Can i get any kind of preference for pilot training based on my qualification?
Is my age appropriate to become a pilot?
Which is the best Training school in India as well abroad?
What is the total estimayed cost to become a comercial pilot?
Pls..do help me resolve my questions.Thanx in advance.
