yeah, spot on...its high time the questions chnged too....Most of the questions asked are pointless.....I do not see the point in being asked general knowledge subjects when i am waiting to be hired as a engineer ,or to be asked a question from the subect of my graduation when i am appearing for a bank interview...

I have taken so many interviews but one thing that I keep in my mind is positive attitude that what matters for me, irrespective of language or communication skill or dressing or conceptual clarity. ALl these are secondary for me. So i believe in one thing that you must have the positive attitude toward life and work. rest the situation will make you smart, rich or whatever you want to be.

Hi,
Its good to hear that you have taken good no of interviews. But just positive attitude doesn't matter. For core jobs, apart from attitude, good skills, conceptual knowledge is also required. For jobs, where core skills are not required and with some training anybody can do that jobs, for such jobs, just positive attitude is enough. Its the team leader who suffers if the right candidates are not given to him, not the manager.

Regards,
Ravi Shankar

Harshad, Mr. mohit clearly mentions that these tips are for B-school interviews and not for Job related interviews.
