Failed Enterpreneurs will never get top job

If you refuse a offer for a top job and become an enterpreneur and fail in the venture , you will never get a top job

This of course doesn't happen. I infact welcome people who were enterpreneur and somehow failed. Failing is not the end of the world and I assume the guy would be much more cautious and committed in job and so far has seen this practically.

One should start business by readying oneself to fail. One learns most by mistakes and failing. Going back to job should be last option when you start business. Moreover, you will have experience of having own business as plus if at all you apply for job. This is win-win situation.
