the whole practice of hr is a joke.

the person who occupy hr in most organisations just hold some degree and confined to bookish knowledge of attitude and behavior traits.

actual hr knowlege can be seen from person working in sabji mandis and kirana shops ,where these people read the faces and the personality.

first go there and learn
