Hi, i have used ICICI credit card for 1.45L in 2013 and i was unable paid due to my financial crisis. Bank charged interest for 6 months and made total amount 2.05L. I am receiving bill every month for this amount from 2013 to till date. recently received a call from a person who introduced himself as ICICI employee and he looks legal issues. i explained the total situation to him that why i was unable to paid. He advised to settle it in 3 ways.. 1. Pay 2.05L and clear from CIBIL debt list 2. Pay 1.45L principal only and can go for Credit Build program to raise CIBIL score 3. on my request and situation he advised to pay 93.5K and go for Credit Build program to raise CIBIL score. upon my accept, he will start procedure to get call from ICICI aduit team to check and confirm the amount which i can pay & settle. and bank will send letter for agreed amount to pay at any bank with in 3 days. after i paid agreed amount a few days or couple months later debt amount will get clear from CIBIL. after all this i can go to Credit Build program by paying 20K to get 17K worth credit card and after 3 or 4 days with 4 to 5 transaction per month and my return payments, my CIBIL score will reach to 750.
Please advise can i believe & proceed to the above.
